  • Each time you download a document from this site, you enter into a contract with us. Once delivery has taken place, the contract between us is complete and our contractual relationship is terminated.

  • You will use this site in the way that it is intended.

  • Subject to receiving your payment or request, we will deliver a document to you on the same day as payment is received or the request is made.

  • The document purchased by you will be delivered by means of a secure internet download to your computer on the same day and at your request.

  • Delivery is confirmed by the issue of a tax invoice recording the details of your purchase (where you have bought a document, not downloaded it for free).

  • The purchase price of each document is all-inclusive and no additional charges are levied for delivery.

  • In the unlikely event of non-delivery of the document purchased, you should contact us on our “Contact us” page.

  • If the contract delivered to you contains any errors caused by our website, we will fix the problem immediately or refund you your money in full within 10 days of the date of purchase.

  • Any concerns should be made within 3 days of purchase.

  • Computer and telecommunications systems aren't fault-free and occasional periods of downtime occur. We do not guarantee the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free or that content loss won't occur.


  • Payment is by credit card.

  • In certain circumstances (usually where your credit card is not working or you don’t have a credit card), you may pay by bank transfer into our bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. This means that you will have to “Contact us”, explain your problem and ask to pay by bank transfer. We reserve the right to refuse this request.

  • Credit card transactions are processed by Debit4Me and you can view more on them at debit4me.co.za

  • The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Invoices are automatically issued to you when you pay for an agreement.


  • You may not seek repayment of money paid to us by asking your credit card provider to credit back a payment made to us, without attempting to seek repayment from us first.

  • Unless otherwise provided by law or by agreement with us, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

South African law applies

  • By using this website, you agree that any legal action arising out of the material on this website will be subject to South African law and the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

  • Regardless of where you access this website from, you agree to comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa (including those regarding the export of data) and with all other laws, rules and regulations that may be applicable to the use of this website.

This is the whole agreement between us

  • This agreement makes up the whole agreement between us in relation to the subject matter hereof and neither of us is bound by any terms not recorded in this agreement.

We may protect our rights as we choose

Well may sell or hand over the operation of the website to a third party

  • We are entitled without notice to you, to hand over (called ‘cede’ in law) our rights or to delegate any of our obligations under this agreement to another person, and you hereby consent to such cession and delegation.

  • But, you cannot cede or delegate any of your rights in terms of this agreement to a third party.

  • We” or “us” means anyone making up the business of DeedOfSale.co.za and/or LeaseAgreement.co.za, and includes any successors to the business, people we may assign the business to, executors, agents and employees.

Bad terms may be deleted and this agreement remains in force

If any of this agreement is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected in any way.
